Established in 2008. Won the exclusive UK rights for F1 experiences in 2017 and became the leading F1 experiences and hospitality business in Europe. Acquired and merged with Grand Prix Events in 2018. Partial exit to Quint Events in 2018, full exit in 2021.
Embrace Steel Group
Hambleton Steel, acquired in 2022, and Shufflebottom, acquired in 2024.
