Joe Sapak

Joe is an entrepreneur, investor and buy and build professional. He founded Exclusive GP and, with Dom, built it into the leading F1 experiences and hospitality business in Europe, merged it with Grand Prix Events and exited to Quint Events: partially in 2018, fully in 2021.

Since then he has led acquisitions across steel and travel, building a portfolio with £75m in combined revenue. He is a director and shareholder of Embrace Steel Group, Hambleton Steel, Prestige Travel and Tribes Travel, and co-founded Renisetté Luxury Tours and Renisetté Media with Dom. He sits on boards and works with owners, investors and management teams to drive growth and value creation, through to exit.

Dom Curnock

Dom is an entrepreneur, investor and buy and build professional. With Joe, he built Exclusive GP into the leading F1 experiences and hospitality business in Europe. After the partial exit to Quint Events in 2018, he became Global Director of Sales at Quint Events, leading the global sales organisation across offices in the US, UK, UAE and Australia.

He is co-founder of Embrace Steel Group (Hambleton Steel, Shufflebottom) and Embrace Travel Group (Prestige Travel, Tribes Travel), and of Renisetté Luxury Tours, Renisetté Media and Kingsley Collection. He advises founders and boards as a consultant and Non-Executive Director, focused on acquisitions, buy and build and value creation.
